Sellers just have to have realistic expectations , They will have to have it ready for the market. They need the repairs done. They need the painting done. Their home need to be white glove clean and the curb appeal with spring here, needs to be updated and get some new flowers and cleanup from the winter months.

Some home shoppers also need a reality check, Buyers need to realize in Oklahoma that Sellers are not as desperate to sell as in some market areas. There are homes to buy and loans available but they should not expect sellers to reduce prices alot.

However, buyers do have the option to make there own offer as to what they want to pay for the home they are interested in.
