Buyers Brokers Unite.
Fiduciary responsibilities, Ethics, and Principles, Notwithstanding;
Standard Checks and Ballances for Fair and Equal Treatment of Buyers Rights to make Legal offers to Purchase Properties for the actual Sellers consideration and Response..
Many of our offers are going to "Highest & Best" Like Shooting in the Dark against an uknown or maybe nonexistent opponent. How do we know there are other offers at all, let alone Higher offers???
This system is totally Bogus when our clients are forced to bid on a property they have already made a legitimate Bid on, without disclosure of other legitimate offers, These sellers in … (0 comments)
