Realtors looking for relief.
Is it Upside down? Or is your Bank in an unsecured loan position???
I am in this same predicament myself and have solutions.
Those who have more than one, or many investment properties in jeopardy, we will get the loans and payments reduced by the bank because they are in an unsecured position.
The main consideration is to not lose your investments because of a downturn in the current Real Estate market. Modification does not help when it fails to reduce the loan amount or to significantly reduce the mothly payment burden.
