This real estate business is a great business isn't it. On Friday I had a short sale approved (we wrote the offer in early November and now the bank wants it closed in 3 weeks). Hurry up and wait. Then on Saturday a call from a family, that was introduced (referral) to me by some friends. They want to move to the Meadow Vista area. Saturday night was the Lions Project for Canine Companions for Independence. Our Lions Club tended bar for the evening. We did our best to adjust the attitude of the crab eaters.
