I am going to start every day by asking, "what can I do to help someone today?" That is my goal for every day in 2010. Be it a family member, a friend, a co-worker, a casual aquaintance, whoever, how can I find that person and do something to help them. This real estate business is a great business isn't it. On Friday I had a short sale approved (we wrote the offer in early November and now the bank wants it closed in 3 weeks). Hurry up and wait. Then on Saturday a call from a family, that was introduced (referral) to me by some friends. They want to move to the Meadow Vista area. Saturday night was the Lions Project for Canine Companions for Independence. Our Lions Club tended bar for the evening. We did our best to adjust the attitude of the crab eaters. What a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Sitting an open house in a home that is over 6000 square feet in Winchester, Meadow Vista Ca. Great folks stopped by. Each with their own reasons.
