Just started another short sale in Rochester Mn with Wells Fargo and have found out that if the homeowners had started to do a loan modification or had been offered the option Wells Fargo requires the sellers to call their short sale department and request that they be offered the short sale packet and options. At least Wells seems to be fairly easy to work with in these types of sales. Anyone looking to do a short sale in Rochester Mn let us know.
