For the sold properties, the average price was $160,000. There is an extensive inventory in Woodstock GA homes for sale with 542 homes available ranging from $35,000 to $6,900,000. The average listing price is $224,000. Some of the more active neighborhoods were Kingsgate, Brookshire and Towne Lake Hills East. 
Woodstock is still seeing a large number of short sales and bank foreclosures coming onto the marketplace.
