There is still plenty of inventory in the area with 694 active listings for sale. The current home listings in the Alpharetta area range from $35,600 to $8,900,000. The average price for these homes for sale are $574,480. A four bedroom single family home with 4 bedrooms and three and a half baths is the standard for this area.
