Greetings to all. I just came across an article on-line "Homeowner Kills Real Estate Agent" which is very disturbing. Apparently this homeowner was misinformed as to why his home wasn't worth what he had originally paid over 3 years ago. It's a shame someone had to lose a life due to his lack of information.
Someone should have told him that homes everywhere are experiencing a slump and that many people from all walks of life are experiencing foreclosure because of it.

In this business of real estate transactions, there is no such thing as a sure thing? After Big Brown's disappointing last place finish at the Belmont, I'm sure there are plenty of horse-racing fans that have come to that very same conclusion. I had a client that I for certain thought was a sure thing. A lot-hold was placed, a deposit was put down, and we were off and running. My client & I stayed in constant contact with each other. royster real esate: Are Real Estate Agents really to blame? - 04/08/08 10:17 PM
I took the kids, my two little ones, and my niece & nephew, to The N.Y. Aquarium today in Cooney Island, NY. We had a pretty good time today. We saw sharks, walruses, giant turtles, seals, and a sting ray. We got a chance to catch the seal training show. The kids loved it.
On the way home back to NJ, while the kids watched Madagascar on the DVD player, I tuned in to the Michael Baisden show on 98.7 kiss FM. As soon as I turned on the radio I hear, "should Realtors be to blame for selling buyers homes … (21 comments)
