Maine's recovery is well on the way especially in the southern areas of the state. We have seen significant increases in purchases of primary residences as well as second homes and waterfront properties are starting to sell once again after a somewhat stagnant 2009 season.
With interest rates at near record low points and property values that seem to have bottomed out and started to increase slightly in some areas -now it is the perfect time to think about waterfront homes - either year round residences or as seasonal second homes.
