Economic news: Last week Fed Chairman Bernake made several comments about the FOMC having many "tools" at their disposal to help the economy.  Many economist believe this is leading to a federal funds rate drop at the Sept 18th FOMC meeting.  Such a move may be just what we need to get out of the current real estate slump.  It seems many buyers are trying to "time the market" and waiting to see where the bottom is or scared of the mortgage market due to doom and gloom reporting.  Keep your eyes on Bernake; with a drop in the federal funds rate and current inventory levels this may just be the opportunity you've been waiting for!

August 28th, 2007 it was announced that ERA Home Traditions has merged with Century 21 Distinctive Properties to create the largest real estate merger in Solano County history!
