DO WE WANT OUR CITIES TO LOOK LIKE THIS!
 
The question we really need to ask is could our clients afford a 20% down Payment on their mortgage?  How about you can you put down twenty 20% after the beating many of us took on investments during the mortgage crises meltdown, bank failures and stock market retreat.  What would your client base look like if the new regulation the government is now considering passes.
