black mold experts: Miami Mold Picture of the Week, Certified Mold Inspectors, Mold Testing Services in Miami, Black Toxic Mold South Florida, Environmental Tests, Air Quality Testing - 07/26/07 08:57 PM

Mold Detection Services of South Florida [305.571.2280] found toxic mold growing in the closet of a Miami Dade County home this week during a pre-purchase inspection. Luckily this mold problem was found before the home was purchased. The Real Estate Agents did an amazing job in negotiating a few thousand dollars out of the contract for remediation and the closing will be going through as scheduled. The picture contains visible Stachybotrys (black mold), Penicillium and Cladosporium. The Air Quality Test results showed elevated levels of all three molds.
