Everyone. Is it just me or are we busy again. Listings that were sitting are pending and buyer's are hungry for deals! I want to congratulate all of the (Honest-Hard Working-ETHICAL) real estate professionals on sticking with the market and not giving up as so many did. After this mess is finally over we can make sure this never happens again!
