December of 2007 is an excellent time for a home purchase in the West Valley of Phoenix. As a professional REALTOR, I'm advising my clients who are sitting on the fence to move. Prices have never been better and the interest rates are falling as well. Also, end of year purchases allow for the first payment to be in January or February and that means using the Schedule A and the interest deduction for the entire year of 2008.
