I find it as hard to believe as most Southern Ontarians that I could be not only talking about and thinking about Spring in the first week of February, but there is physical PROOF that even Mother Nature thinks it's spring. People are talking about robins in their yards, crocus' blooming...and our stager, Lucy, was over the moon this week to announce that spring tulips are available in the local grocery stores! These pretty blooms above, shot by our Team photographer, Paula Kennedy, are gracing the top of the piano at our brand new listing at 19 Eagle Crt., Solina!

Earlier this week, I mentioned what a busy weekend we had around here last weekend, well, the pace kept up this week! We had another 2 offers registered on Tuesday. Team Member, Kim, and I did a whirlwind shopping spree through Homesense and Michaels for home accessories and staged a home that needed a little sprucing up. With some soft accessories, some new bath towels and bedspreads for the two beds, we made a real impact on the showability of the home. Wednesday, professional cleaners and carpet cleaners went through the home and finalized the project!
