New Haven Connecticut is full of many great parks and Edgewood Park is one of the great treasures in the City of New Haven. 
 
 
 
 
Located in the neighborhood of Westville, it is one park  that I had not had an opportunity to visit.

It's carnival time in Morris Cove!!  The annual St. Bernadette Carnival starts on Tuesday, August 3rd and runs through Saturday August 7th 2010 on the church grounds at 385 Townsnd Avenue.
The carnival is a favorite event in Morris Cove and fun for the whole family with rides, games, food and entertainment.

There are two very special little girls that are near and dear to my heart.  My granddaughters Isabella who is 18 months old and Anne who is 10 months old live in South Carolina. 
It's so hard to be a long distance Grammy but thanks to my daughter-in-law Liz I can watch them grow via Facebook and all the wonderful  videos she sends me.
