There are currently ten condominium units for sale in the Jefferson Woods complex ranging in price from $131,000 to $204,500. They include s a one bedroom ranch style unit and nine two bedroom townhouse units

In the month of October two townhouse units sold in the complex. One unit sold for $170,500 and the second sold for $197,000.
