Good Morning Everyone, I wanted to make a post on purchasing foreign real estate. I have been getting alot of calls about individuals that are in the "baby boomer" age that are looking to retire in foreign countries. With the subprime mess, real estate, and an unstable economy, places like Mexico, thailand, turks and cacos, Canada, Nicaraqua, etc are looking like nice places to settle down for a great price on real estate. Hello Everyone, Well I know we talked about investments and foreclosures awhile back and now I am getting alot of feedback on lending. Both microlending and hard money loans, with the whole subprime mess going on. I have personally started about a year ago investing with http://www.prosper.com/ with my personal funds to try this type of lending out, its more like microlending with small amounts of money up to 25,000$ (I started with 50$ and then worked my way up). I have to say I was a little skeptical of this investing and wanted to know the pros and cons but I
