I keep hearing how the financial arm of our business is deteriorating. If it is not the lack of Buyers we are talking about the appraisals we are getting. One of my co-workers just yesterday told me on a new home Bank of America ordered 3 more appraisals beside the one for the Buyer and took the lessor of the 4. The big brother (gov) standing over these financial institutions has gone way to far left on fixing our problem. What is next? What are we going to do about Our Real Estate Business?
