Foreclosure Bus Tours - 07/27/08 04:51 PM
I recently hosted the first Foreclosure Safari in Tri-Cities, Washington.  Our foreclosure bus tour featured 8 priced to sell foreclosure homes.  Over 40 anxious home buyers were provided Foreclosure Guidebooks, Property Passports, lunch & beverages.  Our tour lasted just over 3 hours.
I invited a Realtor & financial planner along to help sort out the ins and outs of investing in distressed properties.
