Building Lasting Relationships

It's important to be the "area expert".  This will ultimately lead to long term business from referrals and repeat business. While many seem to be chasing after categories (short sales, REOs, etc.), I believe we should stay true to the public and our relationships.  The rest will follow.

It is one thing for a possible client/customer to search for info on the web regarding Real Estate; it is quite another matter to have that material refined and have a highly regarded consultant to rely upon when making major life decisions.  Realtors, today, are faced with a dramatic choice... "Either work hard and smart to differentiate yourself from the average or wither away in the process".  The public will come out on the other side of this economic hardship with a greater respect for real estate professionals that focus, persist, and maintain great attitudes.  There may be less of us; however, we will be the proven professionals.
