With the expiration of the First Time Homebuyer Tax Credit and the Expanded Tax Credit on April 30th, home buyers and their agents were scrambling to find the right house in time to have an accepted offer by the deadline. We may see this upswing continue through June 2010 which is the deadline for buyers to close escrow if they are (0 comments)
Indianapolis-Carmel Housing Market Ranked #1 - 05/24/10 10:06 AM
That's right! The Indianapolis - Carmel market was ranked in the top spot for affordability by the National Association of Home Builders...again! We shared the spot with a town in Ohio. The NAHB uses several criteria to determine what is affordable and in the Indianapolis market, they say that 95% of homes sold were affordable to the median income of the area, which is $68,700. Our market has held this top spot for five years! Visit this link to read the announcement that came out May 20th, 2010 : http://www.nahb.org/news_details.aspx?sectionID=148&newsID=10740

Mobile Phone Chargers3. Printers or Computer Speakers that are kept "on"4. Ceiling Fans kept running all day and night Obviously, this is not a secret and most of us are aware by now that leaving appliances plugged in when not in use (2 comments)
