**  An excellent program for 1M and above. This is a 2 week program designed for double compounding.

The funds leverage 10 times in the first week - so 1M = 10M traded The second week it is 5 times - so 10M = 50M and the 50M is then traded.

Funds stay in the client's account. They are not blocked. The return is approx 80% to 100% per week.

Out of the profit that is realized, the client/investor gets 65%, the Platform gets 25%, 10% goes to the Trade Group.

 The first payout is at the end of the second week.   The second week the payout is 50M.  The investor actually realizes 65% of 50M = 32,500,000M then whatever out of that they can put into the 40 week program. 

If the client puts 25 M of the 32.5M into the 40 week program that means the investor/client kept 7.5M

Out of what the client nets weekly the Client agrees to pay the Foundations 50% of what they receive.  That is for making this program available to the client as they keep these special programs for those that help support them.

So out of the 7.5M, if the client keeps 50% or 3.75M and the Foundation receives 3.75M.

If the client wants to put 30M in the 40 week program then they would be keeping back 2.5M.  Out of that the client would keep 50% or 1.25M and the foundation would receive 1.25M.

With 25M in the 40 week program the weekly payout would be less than with 30M in the 40 week program. 

Obviously with 1M in this program the results are superior to any other even giving 50% to the foundation.

Financing Size: Minimum size: $5 million; Maximum size: $300 Million+

Financing Type: Variable Rate Demand Bonds (“VRDB”) secured by a Letter of Credit. The bonds carry a variable rate which is often fixed by an interest rate swap or protected by an interest rate cap or collar for specified periods.

Repayment Terms: Bonds normally have a twenty to thirty year amortization, level debt, similar to a mortgage. Pre-payable at any time without penalty.

Loan to Value: Loans for building and equipment must have a Loan to Value Ratio not exceeding 70% – 80%.

Credit Profile: Reputable and substantial Borrower that can provide equity into project and has adequate liquidity.

Refinancing: The program is available for all refinancing situations.

Eligibility for Tax-exempt Financing: Non-profit organizations are eligible for tax-exempt financing. Rates are approximately .90% lower for variable rate tax-exempt financing.
