Why use a Buyers Agent - 01/24/10 09:55 PM
During my years helping buyers with their real estate needs, I've found that the best agents are always excellent negotiators. And once an offer has been accepted, they methodically take care of all the transaction details and keep everyone fully informed, thereby ensuring that every deal is a done deal.
That said, with all the emotion and stress that accompany nearly every sale, I pride myself on making sure I do everything I can to make the experience enjoyable for my clients.
So when you decide to buy a new home, please call or email me. Having a (1 comments)

Buying a home is all about decision making, and you can only make good decisions when you have all the best information that's available. It also helps to use the services of an experienced professional who can assist you in interpreting all the information, particularly given that there is so much of it - on the Web, in print, everywhere. One of my specialties as an agent is helping buyers make the most informed decisions they can: decisions based on location, the market, financing, a home's condition, which "extras" to negotiate for and much more. In addition, I will do a (0 comments)

Financing your new home purchase - 01/17/10 10:39 PM
Of the many services I provide my home buyer clients, one of the most important is that I can help them to shop around for the best mortgage. My years of experience as a top producing loan officer make me uniquely qualified to ensure that you are receiving the best deal possible. I understand that when you decide to buy you might want to arrange financing through an institution you've used in the past and that is not a problem. I routinely review my client's mortgage terms when they use their own lender and often are still able to save them (0 comments)
