Port Angeles Housing Market Expands to Record Levels - 08/30/07 09:46 AM
Regionally, there are more homes for sale than ever before. Between Sequim and Port Angeles there are almost 900 homes on the market.
The Port Angeles market inventory is at record levels, about four times the normal amount. For example, at the end of May, ‘06 there were 85 homes on the market. This year there were 265. As of August 20th, there were 373 homes for sale in Port Angeles. The week previous to that there were 372.
