Today I made an appointment to show a house. The listing agent ask me some questions in-regards to my buyer. The normal questions, do they have a house to sell, how long have they been looking, oh and how long are you working with them.  When I answered a few months she said, I hate working with buyers, they take so much of your time and energy.  She also said, They are not faithful to you.  All they have to do is walk into an open house and then their gone.

How do you tell a buyer that this is the right house for them.  After looking at approximately 35 houses and they make an offer on a home,i s this the right house?  I would say so. It has all the amenites that they were looking for.   I told them if you keep comparing homes to this one, then this is the right house for you.
The home is approximately 15,000 - 20,000 more than what they wanted to spend.  Do I have a right to tell them, that this is the right home for you.  I know the norm is you end up spending more … (5 comments)
