              Oh my!  A comissionectomy!!  Ouch!!!!!!!!!!        Well, it has not happened to me however my information is it has happened to others.  Especially if there was an early mortgage payoff penalty and the sellers did not know it.   
                                                                                                        One of the most important things to do when listing a home is to instruct your seller to call their mortgage company and ask if there is a penalty for an early payoff.  Too simple to not do.  Too valuable to forget to do.         This may be the make or break point even before you have the … (2 comments)
