From Realtor News - Open Houses - 10/20/07 11:42 AM
Personally, I don't hold open houses unless a seller absolutely demands one.  I suspect the the efficacy of open houses is directly related to the type of market (urban, suburban, rural) and the climate (buyers' market, sellers' market, etc.)

Fall 'To Do's if you're selling - 10/16/07 12:50 PM
First of all, I'm sorry for the delay in writing this blog.  It has been nearly a month since I written anything.  Business has been booming the past several weeks after a quiet summer, so I've been spending my days in the field.  I'll try to set aside some time at least once a week to write or at least pass along an interesting article or two.
