S-Corp or LLC - 07/12/07 03:14 PM
I need some helpful advice please. Now that I have closed a handful of deals this year and am looking at having my best year in real estate, it's time to make some serious decisions....I have been told by my associates that forming an "S-Corporation" is much better than a LLC(limited liability corporation).
Honestly, I do not have the slightest clue as to the differences between the two. And, I am not too sure about the "pros and cons" either.

Swimming Lessons in Malibu - 07/11/07 03:48 PM
Starting July 12th ,at the Malibu Community Pool(which is at Malibu High School) will be adult swim lessons. The lessons will continue each Thursday until August 16th. Scheduled time for classes to meet is at 8:30am. The cost for the six week course is $60.
This sounds like a great way to get to know the community, learn how to swim, and network.

Free Shakespeare Weekend in Malibu - 07/02/07 11:06 PM
For all of you out there wanting a little extra culture in a relaxed atmosphere, the City of Malibu is having its 3rd annual Shakespeare in the Park the weekend of the 14th & 15th of July. Romeo & Juliet will be performed on Saturday July 14 and Julius Ceasar will be performed on Sunday. Both performances start promptly at 7:30pm at Malibu Bluffs Park and is free to the public.
Unless I'm showing luxury properties I'm looking forward to spending both evenings with my family enjoying a great picnic under the stars and soaking up a little culture.
