What's even more frustrating that sitting in gridlock traffic is sitting in traffic and watching people smoke in their cars with children!! Some actually have the audacity to not roll their windows down.....go figure! California motorists will risk fines of up to $100 next year if they are caught smoking in cars with minors, making our great state the third to protect children in vehicles from secondhand smoke.
