One thing I have been constantly reminded of in this business is the virtue of patience.  I really try to make my clients feel comfortable, and not rushed into any aspect of a real estate transaction, whether it is as a buyer's agent or a listing agent. 

Buying and selling a home can be very stressful, and I see it as my responsibility to make the experience as pleasant and relaxing as possible. 

One of my current buying clients has been one with special needs as she and her young daughter are both highly sensitive to fragrances and chemicals in homes that are severe allergens, such as cigarette smoke, mold, air fresheners and common fabric softener sheets.  I have had to contact several other agents and their sellers to inquire about the use of any of these potential allergens before showing her and her family places, which is a considerable amount of work, and we have probably looked at nearly 24 homes over the past 2 months.  It is important to me that this family finds a home that they can be comfortable in and be able to breathe, and it is not an inconvenience to me to have to go above and beyond what others might be hesitant to do.

So, if you are looking for an agent who will go the extra mile, I hope you will consider giving my services a try.  I know you are making the biggest purchase in your life, and it is not something that should be rushed into or taken lightly!
