Choosing Don MacLean as our broker was the best decision my wife and I made during our entire purchase of our first home.

 

  Don was able to get us entry into the homes we wanted to see on a short timeline; including the home we purchased within 2 hours of us finding the property.  His understanding of not only the real estate process but negotiations and best practices resulted in us acquiring our dream home on the first deal.  

 

Funding was shaky at times, and although we needed permission from the seller to extend intermediate deadlines, we were able to successfully complete closing ON TIME due to Don’s persuasion and dedication.

 

It is with 100% certainty that I can say anyone who chooses to have Don represent their interests will be justifiably impressed by his level of professionalism.  There is no doubt in my mind that when we list this home in a few years and buy again, there will only be one call that I make for a broker.  Thanks again Don.
