We all want listings. We meet the potential client, do our homework and meet again for a second time.
Now at what point do you decide ( and you know you have) whether or not a potential client really wants to sell or just testing the waters.

I ask this because a friend of mine, Tony (since past) had a handicapped medallion. Well to look at Tony you would have to say " This guys beating the system" or "He needs a medallion like I need a hole in the head" .................Well for those of us who new Tony he had only one lung. He wouldn't tell you unless you inquired. To proud.

What to do with those lemons? My question is what is it you do with them? Some people do nothing but complain. In life we are handed lemons on a daily bases. How you deal with them is totally up to you.
Personally I take lemons and give them what they need.
Others may have different views as well as dealing with lemons.
And then there are those who look at lemons as a if I can't beat them I may as well join them.

This post comes about as my 9 yr. old asked me yesterday if I had ever been to the principles office when I was in school.
The answer of coarse was yes and I told her an approximate number as I cannot ( nor would I guess) at the real one as well as some of the reasons why.
Growing up is not an easy task these days. With so much going on and what the kids ( I believe I still am) are into and have access to is mind boggling.

Many of you have commented that I did not have a blog posting yet and my response has been, soon enough and when I'm ready. Well I'm ready.
Be careful of what you wished for. I've been known to be out spoken. I had not written in the past because although I have bought and sold many properties (commercial and residential) none have been as a Realtor.
