I will be posting regular updates about the Windsor Essex County Real Estate market here. Check back monthly. As of the end of February our number of listings has remained steady with 2458 for the year which is down 3% from last year this time which had 2529. Sales are steady to 727 for 2008 as opposed to 726 for 2007. Thus the market has improved from a listing to sale percentage marginally. Prices remain relatively steady depending on the price range. Higher end homes are still staying on the market longer and feeling some price pressures.
