A little spring cleaning inside and out at this time of year will be sure to increase your curb appeal and boost interest in your home!  Sprucing up the interior and decluttering inside will offer the perspective buyer a better view of how they will picture this home to be their "own".   If possible, use a POD to remove excess toys and furniture that may be taking up too much space.  If possible, clear out closets except for essentials, and you will attract more people by showing that there is room for their "stuff"!
