cyclone yasi: Cyclone YASI Pounds Queensland Coast - 02/02/11 10:46 AM
We all have been ware of the massive snow storm here in the states. What we may not be AS aware about is the horrible Cyclone YASI pounding the Queensland coast of Australia.
This cyclone has Katrina like proporations.  I'm very aware...I lived in OZ for four years and still have friends back there.  I was on the internet most of the evening and through 8:30AM this morning when all telecommunications were knocked out. The locals were told they were 'on their own' for the next 24 hours or so.  This after the huge flooding of Brisbane, Queensland...down the road about … (0 comments)
