training: Staying on Top - 05/04/07 07:19 AM

The one thing that always stays the same in the real estate business is it's never dull or boring! Every transaction is different. I honestly learn something new everyday. You really have to stay on top of learning curve to make in this business. I don't think you can ever have enough education or experience in real estate. I am learning to be more organized (this has not been one of my strongest areas in the past). I am spending a lot more of my marketing dollars on education and organization. Want a friendly, easy to get along with, helpful place to do your real estate business? I have to say Sundance is a great company to be with. The agents and management work together, we don't cut each others throats for business and it works. We help each other, that may sound lame, but it's true. I couldn't work in an atmosphere were I had to constantly worry about what the guy at the next desk was doing. When you don't have an answer, need help, or training it is always available.
