Austin TX - Low Flow Toilet Rebate Program Ends Today! Today is the last day you can submit for a rebate in Austin TX when purchasing a low-flow toilet at a retail store. This program has been in place since the 90's and has run its course. There are too many other things that are working better and more effectively for water conservation as technology has changed over so many years.
