css: Do You Give Usable Feedback or Meaningless Feedback? - 01/12/09 02:49 PM
In my market, we have a showing service who sets up all our appointments, Centralized Showing Service. It's great. 1 call can set 10 appointments for the day, or you can even login to their website and schedule it from there. Very easy. Within this system, they also send out an automatic email to showing agents from the listing agent asking for feedback on the showing. You can have your system set to send out an email however many times you want. I usually do 3. If they don't answer by then, they're not going to answer. When I show properties, I

css: Relocating- First Hand Experience Part 2 - 08/18/08 01:11 PM
It turns out that I'm a little spoiled being in the Dallas market verse moving to a smaller market, Austin. In Dallas, we have a showing service called Centralized Showing Services (CSS). I would guess 99% of agents use this service. It's very inexpensive, and it's wonderful. When I need to show 10 properties, I get to call one number and give them all the addresses and times. They don't understand how Realtors and Buyers actually work and how they want to make appointments. In the listing agreement, there is a place to enter the showing information. I tell

css: Dallas Real Estate- CSS bought eHomeshowings.com - 07/28/06 01:37 PM
It was announced yesterday that eHomeshowings.com has been bought by CSS, Centralized Showing Services. It was inevitable. EHS was never as big as CSS. I used CSS when I was with a previous broker, so when I had to sign up with EHS, a much smaller company, I was disappointed. I love being able to call one number to schedule all my appointments, and I get a little irritated when I have to call multiple numbers. Well, to be signed up myself with EHS, I was making sure all other agents always had to call at least 2 numbers if scheduling
