Just a couple of weeks ago, I wrote about how blogging is today's new traditional marketing, and I posted a success story from my buyers' mouth. Is the new 2009 Survey of Home Buyers and Home Sellers accurate? I was reading the summary of the results posted on Realty Times, and I'm fairly confused by some of the answers.For example, how are they having the buyers distinguish between finding the house on the internet verse finding the house on the internet through their agent's website, or any agent's website? That's one of the strong points of working with a Realtor is to have access to either their website with the most up to date listings, or receive listings via a saved search set up by the Realtor … (6 comments)

Back by popular demand are two more opportunities for coming to my class. Many people had last minute excuses reasons for not coming, again, so I've been talked into one more batch of classes in Dallas.
I'll be teaching a TREC approved MCE class on Wednesday, March 11 from 9:30am-11:30 am and Thursday, March 12 from 1pm-3pm at Republic Title in Richardson, TX. Please take note as to which date is the morning time, and which date is the afternoon time.
