Earlier this week, I wrote a blog about Triggers called Why Does a First Time Home Owner Buy a House. I've had many comments about this blog and I just wanted to touch on a few points. I want to make sure people understand what a "Trigger" is. A trigger is something that helps create an action. A trigger is not necessarily a benefit of doing something. What makes that first time home owner finally take the leap to buy a house? Is it the responsibility of the maintenance? Is it wanting to plant their own flowers in their own garden? Today is Day 1 of the 31 Days to Build a Better Blog Challenge from ProBlogger. The challenge? Write an Elevator pitch. An elevator pitch is described as a statement that can be said within the time limits of an elevator ride. Does that mean you should be talking during the entire ride, or should you leave room for questions or comments? This blog is to help educate Buyers, Sellers and even other Realtors across the country. Each market is different and the way Real Estate is done is different. Austin Real Estate is completely different than Dallas, California and Florida and everywhere else in between.
