rowlett tx: Sunday at Lake Ray Hubbard - 10/12/08 07:22 PM

What a relaxing Sunday. We took Alyssa out on the boat for the very first time to Lake Ray Hubbard in Rowlett, TX. She had a lot of fun! She loved the wind blowing through her hair. She was making vroom vroom noises as the engine excelerated. She tried so hard to reach over the edge of the boat to touch the water.
We went out in the hopes of possibly wakeboarding, but that didn't happen. I bought this life jacket for her when she was 4 months old. It probably won't actually fit until next summer, but it worked fairly … (13 comments)

My husband and I used to spend time together in the middle of the day at the lake a few times a month. We like to wakeboard. We would each get some work done first thing in the morning, grab some lunch, and then off to the lake for a couple of hours. We would always be back with a couple of hours left in the day to do any end of the day follow up. So, we would never be unavailable for an entire day, or even several hours. When doing this, they overprice their properties in the hopes that an unsuspecting buyer won't look at the neighborhood history and just offer the full asking price.
