Please take the time on Wednesday, December 16th to attend the Only Public Hearing at 10:00am at the Department of Revenue Administration, 109 Pleasant Street, Concord, NH. This will be the only public hearing held on imposing a 5% Income Tax on all LLC's and Partnerships....This is a 5% Interest and Dividends Tax on individuals for any distributions they receive from a LLC or Partnership. This is yet another penalty on the small business owner and I personally know at least 100 people who will be affected by this "Income Tax".
