I have been watching most all the Town Home communities in and around the Cobb county area. In the price range of $250,000 to $275,000 the Chadsworth Townhome community located close into Atlanta Road and Church Road in Smyrna, GA not only have nice floor plans and sizeable ones at that but alo have a strong HomeOwners Association and a good finacial statement to go with it.
