Yes, we all want a great deal on a home in the current market! Who can blame us!?!. If, in fact, you are, first, looking at finding your home by searching through the many foreclosures...BE PREPARED to jump fast, as well priced foreclosures go quickly.
I have been noticing that there is an increasing number of homes that are being bought up by Fannie Mae (Federal National Mortgage Association) and Freddie Mac (Federal Home Mortgage Corporation). These homes are, by far, the "Best Values" of the foreclosures in the Cobb County, Ga area, which includes Smyrna, "Vinings", Marietta, Mableton, Kennesaw, Austell, … (0 comments)
