 When I woke up this morning I couldn't wait to get started.  I slept like a baby and feeling energized and ready to get started.
 Got into the office early to get a few things done before heading out to show one of my listings.  Then, I'm not sure what happened.  I got a late start to show my listing, maybe this is where it all started.  I hit every stop light as I am heading to the interstate.  Whew, I made it, now I only have 15 miles to go and only 17 minutes to get there.

  All REO and Foreclosure Properties are not!  I have been out to list  these types of properties and I can tell you without a doubt that the REALTOR® that will be listing these properties are just as shocked when they first walk into them as the potential investor/owner is when they walk into them.  There are those when you drive up to them you quietly say to yourself "Man o Man, what did I do to deserve this one?"

Today would have been Fred McFeely Rogers 80th birthday.  He was best known as "Mister Rogers" creator, host, writer, composer and puppeteer for the longest running program on PBS, Mister Rogers' Neighborhood.  He was an inspiration to probably millions of people, young and old alike.  I happened to have children when his show debuted in 1967 in Pittsburg and on PBS the following year 1968.  So I had the opportunity to grow older with Mister Rogers.  My initial thought was the show would never last.  Shows you what I know, huh?

The first day of SPRING. . . . . .
Sitting hear tonight I hear on the news that the first day of spring is tomorrow and it will start somewhere around 1:30am in the morning.  I can hardly wait............just think of all the things that are going to start just because it is spring.
    The clock has already been turned forward so we have already gotten a jump on the day.  This is good,right?
 
 
      Buying, sure new wardrobes are sure to be had so the economy should start to improve.

Is there an unprotected class?
I have looked at all of the protected classes that are covered in fair housing and I agree that those protections need to be there.  But, I have found what I think to be another class of people that are not protected and ask the question should they be?

You go to bed at night and get a GREAT nights rest.  All is well in the real estate world, life is good, better and the absolute best.  You wake up in the morning feeling on top of the world.  You take a casual walk around the neighborhood with your dog and then you head off to the office to start your day.  You even have time to take a different route to the office just to see what has changed in your area of the world.  You notice that there is a new Walgreens going … (19 comments)
