While watching the evening news tonight KSDK Channel 5 reported that there were three St Charles County MO communities that made the Money magazines' annual list of the top 100 Best Small Cities in America list.  Those three cities were St Peters MO which came in at number 60, O Fallon MO came in at number 68 and St Charles MO came in at number 82.
The rankings were based on jobs, schools and affordable housing.
