What a Week!!The weather has gone from nice to nasty in St Charles County MO.  I guess the old saying that March comes in like a lion and leaves like a lamb.As the Spring flowers start to bud and bloom shortly so will the buyers start to come back into the market.  Or have they already?My week started last Saturday when I wrote 2 buyer contracts. So, Active Rain what have you done for me lately?
As I was reading through my favorite writers this morning I came across a blog post by Richard Weisser titled A new real estate trend ... SELLERS are calling agents they find on the Internet! in which the point was raised that it is now the sellers that are checking out agents before listing or even changing companies when their listings expire.

Make the Appropriate Shifts....
I had the opportunity this week to listen to motivational speaker, Walter Bond.  If you ever have the opportunity to see him I would highly recommend that you go. 
One of the statements that he made while talking about mastering the fundamentals was, "Make the Appropriate Shifts".  When he made this statement he also said that we need to be "flexible" in our business.
