Well...it is almost Christmas! Everyone always asks "How is the real estate business?" Well, this is supposed to be a slow time in the real estate business! Someone forgot to tell everyone. This is turning out to be a very busy time in the market. All you have to do is consider the very favorable interest rates, the moderating prices and the number of properties on the market and you can see why buyers do not need to be waiting around for it to get any better!!
